Before the start of the meeting Colin made everyone aware of Chris Weeks' condition, the feelings of the meeting go out to Christine and her family.
The meeting was also saddened to hear of the death of Ann Dukes.

Secretary: Mike Williams
CAU XC details received from Joe Mower and passed to team managers. Date is 12th March at Cofton Park, Birmingham.
Track permits received for the Multi Events and the main T&F Championships.
Affiliation request from Itchen Spitfires RC, approved subject to receipt of affiliation fee.
Email from Paul Ingrouille requesting we stage a 1500m steeplechase for women at the T&F Championships. It was agreed that this would replace the current 2000m event.
Email from Colin Goater stating that he would not be standing for re-election as Chairman. Mary Axtell to consider this role. We also need someone to take on the role of Admin Secretary.
Network Management Update : Mike Neighbour
Mike spoke on the proposed changes re affiliation fees. There will be no further funding from EA, in addition Hampshire CC will not fund the employment of a Development Officer. The proposal is that the Development Officer becomes self employed. Three meetings were held with the T&F clubs, at the last meeting all clubs were invited. The proposal is that all clubs be charged £3 for each competing athlete. Management of the Network should revert back to the county and membership would be open to all clubs. Mike to produce a suitably worded proposal for the AGM Agenda.

Cross Country Championships - 9 January 2016: Colin Goater
Course was very wet and muddy! There was an issue with parking with the owner of the Industrial Estate backtracking on their permission. All team managers and athletes were emailed maps showing permitted parking areas.
Track & Field Championships: Richard Dean, Mike Williams and Christine Weeks
Multi Events Championships and Quadkids - First Aid cover booked
Track and Field Championships - Someone needed to organize refreshments for officials, Terry/Eileen to look into this.
Senior Inter-Counties confirmed for 10th July at Basingstoke.

Next meeting of the HRRL Committee is on Monday 11th January. Next HRRL event is the Stubbington 10k on 18th January.
Sportshall: Michael Coker
Halfway through the season with 2 matches left, currently in the process of regional selection. Mike Williams mentioned that someone else would have to take on the responsibility of ordering medals. Chris Weeks has details and is happy to pass the information on.

- 6 March 2016 - Regional U13/U15 Championships - Burgess Hill

Development: Michael Coker:
Meeting held regarding fixtures. Two county coaching days will take place, problems with dates owing to the congested fixture list.
Alton RC a starting a junior section.

- Disability Competition at Portsmouth on Thursday 9th June
- School Games at Aldershot on Thursday 30th June
- Grand Prix Meetings - Wednesday 20th July at Basingstoke, date for the second meeting TBD

It was agreed to hold the AGM on Friday 4th March, secretary to book.
Nomination for President 2016/17
The Executive Committee Nomination for the post of President 2016/17 is Carol Quinn.
